What makes my mittens unique is the wrist-warmer - it keeps out the cold and the snow, making them feel SO warm. Outer is made of wool sweaters - up to 5 different ones in each pair. Lining is the heaviest wind-blocking fleece. Wrist-warmer is typically cashmere, merino wool or lambswool/angora.
