Small - Fits sizes 4-8 (waist stretches from 24-28" with adjustable soft nylon cord inside waistband) 18"long.
Medium weight cashmere, merino, lambswool/angora, alpaca in bright, but not too bright, colors. Red, green, royal, turquoise, denim blue. It feels really soft.
